B'nai Mitzvot Pricing / Packages

Becoming a Blessing Package: Our All-Inclusive

This is for the family who wants help with the whole shebang - from start to finish. Full-service packages are all-inclusive – they capture all the services we offer – design and planning of the entire main event (as well as one or more of the related events – such as Shabbat Dinner, Kiddush, Sunday Brunch, etc). This package is one in which you want us to be involved every step of the way, including helping coordinate the religious and cultural aspects of the event. We also attend most or all of the initial site visits / vendors with you as well as any tastings. Day-of-coordination for B’nai Mitzvot is also included.

For an all-inclusive design, planning, and coordination experience, packages begin at $3,899. This option is more appropriate for larger-scale, more elaborate Mitzvah, requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a sizeable amount of invited guests. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 50 hours planning a Mitzvah for a family who chooses this package, as we are also involved in the coordination of the religious aspects of the event. No matter which package you choose, we will determine your financial plan in our first meeting and commit to helping you secure the perfect vendors within your overall budget. (Please note that the quoted price is for Peak Perfection's serices only; it does not reflect the cost of services from other vendors you choose (e.g., venue, decor, catering, music, etc.).) Any of our packages can also be adjusted and customized to meet your needs – just ask and we will put something together that works just for you.

For an all-inclusive B’nai Mitzvah package, we help you with any or all the following (including site / vendor visits, tastings, fittings, and coordination of religious aspects of the event):

Rite of Passage Package: "Party Perfect"

The Rite of Passage Package is our most popular option. This is for our families who have already worked extensively with their synagogue and already have the religious aspects under control. However, they want help with the majority of the planning of the reception and usually want to do the site/vendor visits, tastings, and fittings on their own to keep their overall costs down. This leaves more time for the planners to spend time working their magic into all the details of the celebratory bash! It is a full-service planning package, capturing most of the services we offer – design and planning of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah celebration and one associated event (such as Shabbat Dinner, Kiddush, or Sunday brunch, etc.). Day-of-coordination for the mitzvah is also included.

For the Rite of Passage design, planning, and coordination experience, packages begin at $2,799. The Rite of Passage Package is appropriate for a relatively elaborate mitzvah, requiring a reasonable amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a moderate amount of invited guests. Typically, the planner will spend approximately 35 hours planning a mitzvah for the family who chooses this package.

L'Chaim Package: Day-of-Coordination

While many families enjoy tackling the planning beforehand, they will agree that they do not want to have to worry about anything on the day of the B’nai Mitzvah. Nor do they want this worry falling to their friends and extended family. Day-of-Coordination is an incredible option to set your mind at ease so you can simply enjoy such an important day! This is where you leave all of the set-up, trouble-shooting, and wrap-up to us. Packages start at $899.

    What is included:
  • • Meet with your family for up to 2 hours prior to event (at least 1 month out) to discuss overall vision as well as religious significance and how this is to be incorporated throughout event; we will also create/review schedule and contracted services. We want to make sure you have everything you want in place and that nothing has been overlooked.
  • • Up to five hours of phone support for the month prior to event for last minute details, etc.
  • • Confirmation of services with all vendors 2-3 weeks prior to event
  • • Full day of set-up and wrap up of all the details of the day for the mitzvah ceremony and reception with Event Specialist (up to 8 hours)
  • • Assistant to primary coordinator (if desired, at additional cost)
  • • Exceptional trouble-shooting and flawless day-of-coordination

Mazel Tov Package: Custom or a La Carte Option

Many of our families don’t want or need everything in the full-service package offerings. Some will want our assistance with only specific events or will want only a few services to create a simple package. This can include anything we do as a full-service option -- assisting with choosing vendors, menu selection, planning décor or stationery, etc. – just focusing on a few of your needs.

The cost will depend on how much time you require from us to help with these specific events or services but it will be less costly than the full-service options. We offer this option because we want to make it as budget friendly as possible for you. We will establish your needs and come up with something that can fit nicely into your overall budget.

Hourly Planning Rate

For those who want to do most of the planning themselves, or who are on a tighter budget but need help with ideas or organization, this is a great option. We meet with families a few times for a few hours and help them maximize their planning efforts. We have done extensive research and have established relationships with many vendors, so this is perfect if you want to seek out our expertise and the many resources at our fingertips. This option saves you so much time searching for these options yourselves. We have done all the work for you! You will leave these meetings confidently armed with all the resources you need to take the next steps in your planning process. Our hourly consultation and planning rate is $100/hour. Meetings are typically held in our Denver office; however, we can meet elsewhere if it is better for your needs. To save time for you, you can fill out a thorough B’nai Mitzvah questionnaire before you come so we can maximize your time in the meeting and we can gather some information for you before you arrive. Day-of-Coordination is a separate option and can be added if you wish.
