What types of events do you help plan?
Weddings or other similar/related functions; Bar and Bat Mitzvahs; Quinceaneras; Sweet Sixteens; Other milestone birthdays; Anniversaries; Renewal of Vows; Reunions; Retirement parties; Holiday functions; Award banquets; Charity events; Fundraisers; Corporate functions; Basically, if it is an event that involves food and fun, we can plan it!

What services or information do we offer all of our clients?
All clients have access to our extensive Colorado vendor list for reception or party venues, ceremony sites, caterers, photographers, videographers, bakeries, DJs, bands, dance instruction, florists, officiants, party rental vendors, stationers, salons, spas, transportation, lodging, bridal boutiques, attire for wedding party, theme/color ideas, and more… You can make an appointment to view these resources at our Denver office. We have done in-depth research about what each vendor offers so you don’t have to. And we have asked all the questions one would ask so there are no hidden surprises. We make every effort to save our clients valuable time and reduce their level of stress if they are doing much of the planning.

Do you plan or coordinate events outside of Colorado?
Yes, absolutely. Although most of our clients seek our expertise on Colorado resources, we also plan events outside of Colorado and can customize any of our clients’ needs to locations near and far. We are really excellent planners and are incredibly organized so you will get the same kind of expertise and professionalism as we deliver in our Colorado-based events.

What is the difference between the Platinum and Gold Wedding packages?
The main difference between the Platinum Package and the Gold Package is that with the Platinum, we go on your initial site visits with you (i.e., venue, caterers, bakeries, dress shops, etc.) The Gold Package differs from the Platinum Package only in a few ways: with the Gold Package, the planner does not typically accompany the couple on most initial site, vendor visits or tastings (although, if in Colorado, we have likely visited your site on our own before so we are familiar with it); the Gold Package also does not include the planning of a day-after Brunch, and the planner does not manage the wedding website or gift registry. All other aspects are the same. This reduces the planner’s hours spent on aspects of the wedding that many of our clients choose to do on their own so the cost will decrease as well.

Do we have to pay a flat fee for services?
No. Many of our clients prefer a flat fee because they know up front what the total cost will be. However, some do not need everything in our packages so they choose an a la carte or hourly rate option.

Does Peak Perfection specialize in working with any specific clients?
We honor the idea of love and commitment for all people. We specialize in same-sex weddings and and love to work with clients of various cultures, religions, and ages. We work hard to make ourselves familiar with the religious and cultural traditions of all our clients.

Do you offer any discounts to specialized groups?

If you are planning an event with us (i.e., people directly responsible for payment for our services) and are in one of the following groups, we will offer you an additional discount off the cost of your services:
  • • Current or past military service
  • • Teachers or public educators
  • • Seniors
  • • If two or more of the people directly responsible for payment are currently students in higher education or each pay 20% or more of their gross pay towards school loans
  • • Public servants (firefighters, police officers, medical personnel)
  • • Qualifying non-profit or charity organizations

Are travel fees included in your package prices?
Travel to any event in the Denver metro, Boulder, and Colorado Springs area that does not require an overnight stay for the day-of-coordination is included in the package price. This can also be true for events in the mountain areas if day-of-travel is also possible and preferable to you. If an overnight stay is required, travel expenses would include the least expensive overnight accommodations, mileage and travel time if more than 3 hours drive from Denver metro and airfare, if applicable, or other major expenses incurred by Peak Perfection. All of this would be agreed upon at the signing of the initial contract or if an addendum is added by you due to major changes to what you want/need. There would never be any surprise to you in the end.

Why is your rate higher for corporate functions (and fundraisers)?
Corporate events, especially fundraisers, often require additional marketing, budget management, and coordination with many more people. They tend to be more complex planning endeavors than other types of events. Essentially, there are usually a lot more moving parts. However, if a corporate event will actually end up being relatively straightforward and simple (i.e., resembling more of a milestone event party), we are very willing to contract a different rate.
